Universities without an accessibility statement on the homepage in China
18 universities in China (4.5% of the 399 in the census list) lack Accessibility statement linked from the homepage as of 2026-09-30. Who buys this: Accessibility vendors and agencies (EU, UK, US), campus web platform vendors with WCAG offerings..
The homepage has no link whose target names accessibility, ADA or Section 508 and no visible "accessibility statement" text. A statement may exist elsewhere on the site; the census reads the homepage only.
